ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Lerner, Guarino and Foodman LLC has years of experience effectively utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) when advantageous for our clients. Alternative Dispute Resolution is a way to settle disputes without traditional courtroom litigation. The firm believes that in certain circumstances ADR can benefit clients and provide a unique opportunity for the disposition of a case. Using ADR procedures may help lessen contention between the parties, help control costs, and possibly avoid the protracted delays often associated with traditional court litigation. Certain ADR proceedings allow litigants to have meaningful input on the ultimate terms of a resolution and remove the decision-making power from a disinterested third party.
